"2025 UPDATE: My car broke down in the middle of an intersection in Lexington during rush hour traffic. I called State Farm and Quincy answered. He got me a tow truck by walking me through the entire process and stayed on the line...even looking up answers I didn't know like my policy number and the address to where I was going to have my car towed. I told him later I might need him because I knew he was closing in 20 minutes. He told me he would take his laptop home and check it on the weekend, in case I needed him and that we would be there for at least another hour. Once the office was closed, I texted and asked him to call me back and within 5 minutes he called me. Brian - in my opinion Quincy went above and beyond his job. Give him a raise! In the past I have always counted on Brian, no matter what. Now I have more people that I trust to help me at your agency as well! Great job Quincy!!! Let me say everyone is helpful there, but Brian and Quincy are top notch!!! 6 years ago: If you want to trust your insurance agent and have someone who will always be there when you need him, call Brian. Exceptional customer service and always helpful. If he doesn’t know the answer he knows how to find it out. Trust this guy!"
